ICAD Executive Education is UFRA's flagship programme for executives, managers, directors and entrepreneurs who want to accelerate their careers and strengthen their strategic skills. Through formats designed for working professionals — Executive MBA, executive certificates and specialisation certificates — participants learn from international experts and business leaders. The teaching approach is built on real case studies, peer-to-peer exchange among senior professionals and personalised support. Each programme is designed to address the concrete challenges of leadership, corporate strategy and change management, with evening, weekend and intensive sessions to fit the demanding schedules of our participants.

Global Executive MBA
The Global Executive MBA is a comprehensive twelve-month program designed for working executives and managers: two Saturdays a month on campus, two evenings a week online, without leaving your position. The thesis focuses on your own company: it is not an academic exercise, but a strategic project applied to your organization, supervised by a thesis advisor and defended before a panel of executives. The return on investment begins before graduation.
