UFRA's Graduate School of Law is a centre of legal excellence, firmly geared towards the needs of the business world and the challenges of contemporary law in Africa. Its programmes cover a broad spectrum: corporate law and governance, banking and financial law, labour law, international law and OHADA business law. Teaching is provided by respected practitioners — barristers, magistrates, in-house counsel and academics — who pass on solid legal expertise and the critical analysis skills that are indispensable.
