The programme's promise

The program follows a rigorous progression.

  • First year, common core laying the foundations: law, accounting, economics, management, digital tools;
  • Second year, Law track: obligations, commercial law, business criminal law, commercial companies, GDPR, legal risk management;
  • Third year, full specialization: special contracts, security interests, procedure and enforcement proceedings, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, advanced tax law, consumer law, governance and digital ethics;
  • All anchored by a legal clinic in real-world conditions.

  • Master the OHADA framework and business law practices in West Africa;
  • Know how to draft legal instruments, secure transactions, and map legal risks;
  • Conduct litigation and master arbitration and alternative dispute resolution methods;
  • Ensure rapid professional integration through the legal clinic, internships, and capstone projects.
